Copyright & Software Usage Policy

This Copyright & Software Usage Policy ("Policy") governs the use of the GYMBIM application ("Software"), a proprietary product developed and owned by Techimpace Innovations Pvt. Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). This Policy is a legally binding agreement. By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The GYMBIM App, including its source code, object code, user interface, design, branding, logos, documentation, and all related content, is the exclusive intellectual property of Techimpace Innovations Pvt. Ltd. The Software is protected by national and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Techimpace Innovations Pvt. Ltd.

2. License Requirement

The GYMBIM App is a licensed product. Use of the Software is only permitted through a valid license granted directly by Techimpace Innovations Pvt. Ltd. or its authorized distributors. Any use of the Software without a valid, current license constitutes a violation of this policy and copyright law.

3. Strict Prohibitions

Under this Policy, you are strictly forbidden from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Copying and Reproduction: You may not copy, duplicate, clone, or reproduce the Software or any part thereof in any form.
• Modification and Reverse Engineering: You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
• Creating Derivative Works: You may not create derivative works based on the Software.
• Unauthorized Distribution: You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, redistribute, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party without our express written consent.
• Removing Proprietary Notices: You may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Software.

4. Enforcement of Policy

We take the protection of our intellectual property very seriously. Techimpace Innovations Pvt. Ltd. will actively enforce its rights and will pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief and monetary damages, against any individual or entity that violates this Policy. Violators may be held liable for significant civil and criminal penalties.
