1. Payment for Services

Oxygen GYM collects fees from its subscribed users for the gym services provided. These fees are collected in advance for the duration of the subscription period (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually).

2. No Refunds

Please note that Oxygen GYM does not refund any amount once a payment for gym services has been made. All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage or early termination of subscription.

3. Subscription Method

Oxygen GYM **does not** utilize any auto-subscription or recurring billing methods. Users are required to manually renew their subscriptions when they expire.

Furthermore, Oxygen GYM **never asks for a service charge** if someone is not a subscribed user. Payments are only for active gym memberships.
